Bookkeeping monthly pricing tiers
The first month of service is for set up and/or cleanup is $400 online or $500 for on-site service. After the first month, the ongoing service is available in 3 different pricing tiers, depending on the company’s average monthly expenses over 3 consecutive months. After the first month, the monthly charge will be at the then-current monthly fee based on the average monthly expenses over the previous 3 months.
- If the monthly average is $0-25,000, the monthly service is $150 online or $200 on-site.
- If the monthly average is $25,001-150,000, the monthly service is $300 online or $400 on-site.
- If the monthly average is $150,001 or more, the monthly service is $500 online or $600 on-site.
Our Monthly Bookkeeping Services
During the first month, we provide cleanup services that start from the date of your last business tax return. The services provided during the first month are as follows, as applicable: update bookkeeping based on information you provide; connect bank and credit cards; categorize and update transactions up until the last tax-filing date; reconcile bank and credit card accounts with past statements, as provided; reconcile remaining balance sheet accounts; and run a summary report of work completed, balance sheet, and profit loss statement of YTD for cleanup period(s).
